Description: The gawk-xml package contains the gawk XML shared library
extension, as well as the xmlgawk script and some awk include libraries for
enhanced XML processing.

This is my first package, and I need a sponsor. I am the upstream package
maintainer. This is a shared library gawk extension that uses the expat library
to enable gawk to process XML files.

It currently fails because it requires the gawkextlib package that I just
submitted in bugzilla # 1359412
