If I read your argument correctly, then the --with-mysql=shared,mysqlnd is
finally deprecated in PHP 7. As such, I'll work on a patch to remove the MySQL
connection adapter from Phabricator for 0%{?fedora} >= 25 and only offer
MySQLi, and change the default.
