Description:
This is new basic support for Radeon GPUs. It is not AMDGPU-PRO and does not
contain any binary blobs.
I drafted this spec using the xorg-x11-drv-intel spec for reference. It works
on my machine with Sapphire Radeon Rx 480 test hardware. Kernel 4.7 or later
might be required.
