- getting some errors in py3 tests:
django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Requested setting AUTH_USER_MODEL,
but settings are not configured. You must either define the environment
variable DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE or call settings.configure() before accessing
settings.

- initially intended to package for epel7 also, but some dependencies are not
packaged for epel7 so, may be for fedora only.
