SPEC & SRPM can't be get directly from the URLs above. Web displays in Russian,
and requires sort of confirmation to preceed with downloading.
Also tried with wget, the SPEC downloaded looks like a html script, and the
SRPM downloaded can't be recognized by rpmlint:
$ rpmlint xl2tpd-1.3.8-1.el7.centos.src.rpm
