Agree, we should just have the egl-wayland package with the library.

Yes and no. It's correct that there should not be a separate package for it,
but actually Hans and my proposal was to put the directories in libglvnd-egl
and the json file in the package. Please read comment 6 and 8.

@Hans, am I correct?
