From that URL it looks like "chandankumar" is the only person who owns this package. I now checked https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/view/sdodson and found that you have all the required group membership and part of the packager group. Then I checked https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-84c28903b4 and found that you have not provided any feedback comment or karma on that update to help it move further.
