Description: Git powered FTP client written as shell script
Fedora Account System Username: jkalina
Upgraded/bumped version of git-ftp package from Fedora 24.
New version of git-ftp fix a lot of issues like file names
encoding and add features like FTPES support for submodules.

Thankfully to fixed makefile, no makefile patch is now needed for packaging.
