But I think the packaged files are "compiled/generated", see https://github.com/postcss/postcss/blob/master/gulpfile.babel.js for the gulpfile which is used for compilation. There are some missing deps to do the compilation, one of them is babel which seems to be a big package. From how I understand the package guidelines all code must be generated from source unless there is an exception from FPC.
