Description: This is a re-review request after renaming "python3-pocketlint"[1]
package to "python-pocketlint" -- we now need a Python 2 version of pocketlint,
so we want to rename the package to "python-pocketlint" with two subpackages
based on Python version. There is no need for Obsoletes/Provides in the spec,
because "python3-pocketlint" package still exists -- the rename is only to
rename the SRPM and package/component in PkgDB/SCM/Bugzilla.
