I am sorry clime, I was about to approve this request, but then I noticed one
more thing.

We can get rid of this issue by not claiming listed directories as files of the
package. I think that we can remove following lines from the %files sectiton

%dir %{_sysconfdir}/rpkg
%dir %{_datadir}/bash-completion
%dir %{_datadir}/bash-completion/completions
