By default, we think the compilation environment is safe, it does not need to
use the prefix. ('%check' does not need prefix, you are right.)

However, the %pre %post %postun is the script that runs when the client is
installed, and the client is ”not safe“, so we need the GPG key and need to
ensure that the %post script is executed correctly. In the client, we need
absolute path.
