Note that we already have github.com/bep/inflect packaged in Fedora [1] (I am
the maintainer). I am packaging the fork under markbates because there is a
notice under bep/inflect suggesting so [2]. Also, the reason for packaging
bep/inflect was to use it as a dependency for Hugo [3], which now uses the
markbates version of this package.
After this review is approved, I intend to retire bep/inflect.
