concrete value: if the pelican package would use the pelican-feedgenerator
package as intended and tested by the pelican developers those 2 bugs would
have been prevented from happening:

- Random attribute order in generated feeds (Bug 421185)
- python-pelican is shipped with an old version of feedgenerator.py which leads
to unexpected behaviour (Bug 1480922)
