Strange.  I just don't see the purpose, but OK.

I see your point, but some package has to own the bazil.org directory.  It
appears that the 'golang' package owns the github.com directory[1] and a few
others, so probably it should own the bazil.org directory too?  Perhaps you can
file a bug or submit a PR for that?
