PS: I've submitted a pull request to upstream that disables two broken tests.
It has not been merged yet, so for the time being, I've included the patch
downstream. Comments about the problem are in the patch and in the .spec file.
I need this package, as it is a new dependency of syncthing v0.14.38 and blocks
me from pushing that update to fedora right now.
