Description:
This is a package for EPEL7+ only. The Python2 version is provided by
RHEL/CentOS so this package is necessary to get the Python3 version, and does
not build for Python2.
Ideally I would have used the same version as RHEL/CentOS but that version does
not support Python3 yet so I had to use a later one, I used the latest version.

- spelling-error: can be ignored
- no-documentation: only for the "-devel" subpackage, which depends on the main
package, which has documentation.
