There is no ghc-haskell-gi-overloading package, and ghc-haskell-gi-overloading-devel only contains docs and licenses. 'haskell-gi-overloading' is used as a cabal build-depends in gi bindings to turn on OverloadedLabels support, and this gets translated to a rpm BuildRequires: ghc-haskell-gi-overloading-devel by cabal-rpm.
