Oh, nevermind. The build of ocaml-mccs on F27 is also out of date, that
appeared to have been the issue. (I guess I should set up a Rawhide VM, or
something).

When I updated mccs, the unit tests all passed.

So it looks like some sort of mock-specific failure.

I'll apply the license patch momentarily and upload a new SRPM.
