It's rpmlint being confused by -debuginfo packages: $ rpmlint -i eccodes-debuginfo-2.5.0-1.fc27.x86_64.rpm eccodes-debuginfo.x86_64: E: useless-provides debuginfo(build-id) This package provides 2 times the same capacity.
