Description:
Nodepool is a service used by the OpenStack CI team to deploy and manage a pool
of devstack images on a cloud server for use in OpenStack project testing.
Note:
Nodepool feature/zuulv3 isn't release yet, this is a preemptive package of the
next version.
Once the branch is tagged, the spec would need to use the released version
instead of the git commit and the local driver plugin patch could be removed.
Other than that, the spec should be almost good...
