Description:
It lets you do anything the docker command does, but from within Python apps –
run containers, manage containers, manage Swarms, etc.

This package is similar to the Fedora python-docker package, but is for EPEL's
Python 3 stack. A separate SRPM is necessary due to conflicts with
python-docker-py in RHEL.
