This package provides Django in version 1.11 LTS, the last release
to support Python 2.
Django is a high-level Python Web framework that encourages rapid
development and a clean, pragmatic design. It focuses on automating as
much as possible and adhering to the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself)
principle.

Note that the change is not accepted yet. I'll withdraw this request (or not
add the package) if the change is rejected.
This package currently conflicts with python2-django; see the change for how
we'll sort that out.
