Description: Spy is a mocking library that was made for the modern age. It
supports only 1.9.3+. Spy by default will raise an error if you attempt to stub
a method that doesn't exist or call the stubbed method with the wrong arity.

Note: This package uses the new proposed packaging guidelines for rubygems (see
https://pagure.io/packaging-committee/issue/710).
Also note that this package depends on the only recently reviewed and built
rubygem-pry-nav, so you might have to pass the --enablerepo=local mock option
to fedora-review to be able to build the package locally, depending on when the
package gets pushed into the repos.
