Description: The package chunker implements content-defined-chunking (CDC)
based on a rolling Rabin Hash. The library is part of the restic backup
program.

This is one my first packages and NEED a SPONSOR. I have been maintaining a
COPR package for restic since last year. This particular package is required
as a dependency of restic. My restic package was written about twice in
