Description: Utility for managing Intel Optane DC persistent memory modules.
This obsoletes ixpdimm_sw (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ixpdimm_sw).
ipmctl is a rename but also a new codebase that is not compatible with
ixpdimm_sw. ixdimm_sw has been deprecated for 4 months now and I will retire
the packages.
