I see now that Kevin warned us about this in comment #16, and we failed to pay
attention. :/

Since it's GPL-incompatible, it would be extremely problematic to have it in a
GStreamer plugin, which IMO makes it uninteresting for Fedora Workstation, as
the goal of this package was to get AAC working out-of-the-box (which would be
impossible to do with e.g. Totem or WebKit without a GStreamer plugin). I'd be
very disappointed if we wind up with a "solution" for AAC that doesn't work for
GStreamer, so I'll realign my opinion with Kevin and Nicolas and suggest that
we just don't do this.
