Here's a Lua script that might work:

$ cat arch.lua 
-- Create a set (Lua table) of Go arches  
go_arches = {}
for arch in rpm.expand("%{go_arches}"):gmatch("%S+") do
  go_arches[arch] = 1
end

-- Check for Node.js arches in Go arches
for arch in rpm.expand("%{nodejs_arches}"):gmatch("%S+") do
  if go_arches[arch] then
    print(arch .. " ")
  end
end

$ rpm --eval "%{lua: $(cat arch.lua)}"
i386 i486 i586 i686 pentium3 pentium4 athlon geode x86_64 armv3l armv4b armv4l
