For tests that fail due to missing internet connection, feel free to keep them disabled. If you really want to get fancy, do a %bcond_with internet (see python-sphinx as an example). I appreciate the ignored breakdown in comment. I see you ignore entire files. If you only want to skip some of the tests, examine -k option of pytest.
