Creating packages for Fedora requires to follow quite a few specific packaging guidelines [1,2]. Since the packaging standards differ between the various distros, it's usually necessary to provide separate specs. Your current spec file doesn't satisfy the guidelines and I recommend to rewrite it from scratch, e.g. with the help of rpmdev-newspec.
