The main rpminspect package provides rpminspect-data-generic which provides the
virtual rpminspect-data.  This package is intended to override that.  But since
rpminspect is arch-specific, that means the subpackages are too.  So can a
noarch rpminspect-data-fedora replace an x86_64 rpminspect-data-generic?
