Where are the Go packaging guidelines? I do not see them where I expected,
namely here:

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/#_domain_specific_guidelines

I made that remark based on the general packaging guidelines:

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/#renaming-or-replacing-existing-packages

Have those been superseded by the Go packaging guidelines? Are you claiming
that the compat package is "not sufficiently compatible" with the main package?
