Looks all good.

If found this quite confusing: "in the shell" would normally mean that the tool
itself is written
in bash. After all, it can be called anywhere, not just from the shell. I'd
prefer something like:

+ package name is OK
+ latest version
+ license is acceptable (Eclipse 1.0)
+ license is specified correctly
+ builds and installs OK
+ /usr/bin/jt does not conflict with other packages
