If you look at the spec file, you can see in %files that everything owned by this package, and its -doc subpackage, is contained in /usr/lib/gap/pkg/circle-%{version}. So no, this package does not own any files or directories owned by other packages. Sadly, this is almost universally the case in the GAP ecosystem. I need to go on a crusade and get the GAP community to update all of these ancient license files.
