--- Comment #6 from Jerry James <[email protected]> ---
Hmmm, something has gone awry. The build failed. There were lots of warnings
like this:

warning: Macro expanded in comment on line 91: %{name}+reopen-devel
warning: Macro expanded in comment on line 92: %{summary}
warning: Macro expanded in comment on line 95: %{name}+reopen-devel
%{_description}
warning: Macro expanded in comment on line 98: %{crate}" crate.
warning: Macro expanded in comment on line 100: %{name}+reopen-devel
...

then the actual failure:

    File must begin with "/": Simple,
    File must begin with "/": efficient
    File must begin with "/": logging.
    File must begin with "/": Simple,
    File must begin with "/": efficient
    File must begin with "/": logging.
    File must begin with "/": Simple,
    File must begin with "/": efficient
    File must begin with "/": logging.
    File must begin with "/": Simple,
    File must begin with "/": efficient
    File must begin with "/": logging.
    File must begin with "/": Simple,
    File must begin with "/": efficient
    File must begin with "/": logging.
    File must begin with "/": Simple,
    File must begin with "/": efficient
    File must begin with "/": logging.

I think you will have to double up at least some of the commented % signs.
This is my theory. The %files section that begins on line 88 is seeing the
expanded %{summary} lines in the commented-out subpackages.
