Man pages This package should contain a man page for "/usr/bin/dnscrypt-proxy". Naming This package can be set "Conflicts:" field if "dnscrypt-proxy2" is a forward compat package of "dnscrypt-proxy" because the EPEL GuidelinesAndPolicies says "it is okay to set a Conflicts between them".
