According to https://repology.org/project/howard-hinnant-date/versions it's
either `date` or variations of `howard-hinnant-date`. NixOS package (still in
review) is also going as `date`.
Renaming the whole package to `libdate` might be slightly confusing because
right now it provides binary package `libtz` along with `date-devel` and
virtual `date-static` for header-only parts.
