That sounds OK. Please take a look at the guidelines, they explain how such
cases should be handled:

ExcludeArch: %{arm}

would probably do the trick. As the guidelines say, one must file bugs to
document that the package does not support ARM. Additionally, no packages that
require this one can be added to ARM either.
