FPC doesn't support all architectures Fedora does. Add "BuildRequires:
fpc-srpm-macros" and "ExclusiveArch: %{fpc_arches}".

FPC can generate debuginfo to be used by Fedora. You'll have to patch the .lpi
file to enable DWARF debuginfo generation.
