OK, sounds good.  Honestly, I don't know what the preferred Python packaging
_way_ is right now in Fedora for .so libs.  I've never explicitly set a version
for any Python modules I build from C, so maybe it was handled by a combination
of setuptools and the RPM macros in Fedora?  Or maybe it was never set and no
one cares?

The cmake issue makes sense and since fedora-review is reporting this now, I
suppose it's easy enough to fix.  The fedora-review tool does get maintained as
packaging policy changes, so I'm inclined to mostly believe it.

I'll wait for a new SRPM to complete this.
