I still find this unnecessary, as this only becomes a problem if someone
installs this package on a system that's not up-to-date, or if the user
actively downgrades pipewire.

In any case, it should probably be
    Requires: pipewire-libs%{?_isa} >= 0.3.4

Unless /usr/bin/pipewire is actually called?
