Yeh, it's not done in the best way.
It took me some time to figure out what belonged where.

"NeuroML2" is the second version of the standard/schema, and the whole stack is
a bunch of tools that function with this standard.
So, here, this schema is for NeuroML2, but the java source itself is version
1.6.1 :D
All the tools are tagged in the same way. org.neuroml.model, for example:
