Because of the item in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/ReviewGuidelines and because the GPL license is not included (only the COPYRIGHT) which is a different thing. Okay, compilation is now against ATLAS and libint support seems to be OK. I haven't run a test calculation, however; maybe I'll get the time to do that in the near future.
