Thanks for the suggestion, Miro!

The readme for pyproject-rpm-macros tells me that "these macros are useful for
packaging Python projects that use the PEP 517 pyproject.toml file", but then
looking at jupyter-packaging (both the download from PyPI and the GitHub
project for it), there doesn't seem to be a pyproject.toml file there...

I can always request that they add such a file to their project...

But should we wait until they do, or should we go ahead with the current spec
that doesn't depend on the pyproject definitions?
