Apparently, it is required for header-only libraries even if `pkgconfig(tllist)` is already in place; I fixed that for `foot` but forgot to update other specs. > %{_mandir}/man1/%{name}.1.* The Guidelines example does not have that last dot: `%{_mandir}/man1/foo.1*`.
