New patient creation accepts invalid year for the DOB field
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch openEmr
2.click patient tab
3.click on add new patient tab
4.Enter the following details
Name: jayamini sulokshana samarathunga
Dob: selected 2024-03-06 from the calender
Actual results:
The patient is created and age is -36 month
Expected results:
eithor an error message or it should have prevented the creation of patient
with invalid dob date
