Note the upstream discussion about the exact installation location of the
executables is here:

For now the consensus (if there really is one) seems to be that it doesn't
really matter much, but given that the executables have a documented user
interface (or should have one) bindir is more appropriate than libexecdir.

Could we move this discussion on bin/libexec to the upstream list? It seems the
fedora package should simply follow what is decided upstream.

Are there any other spec review issues to resolve?
