That makes sense, and if the tests prove to be un-runnable, I think that ought
to go in a spec file comment where the %check section would be.

This is strange. Here’s a koji build that worked for me
(https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=71966298). Maybe that will
help?
