Is this intended to be a review for unretirement (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Orphaned_package_that_need_new_maintainers#Claiming_Ownership_of_a_Retired_Package)? I’ve never done one of those in the case where there is still a maintainer for an older stable branch.
