That prevents me building it locally, but I think it isn't an issue for Koji because Koji re-parses the spec inside the buildroot to avoid exactly these kinds of issues. So due to the above issue, I haven't been able to run the full fedora-review. However, I note that the .spec is identical to the existing, approved python-configobj package in every way except for the package name.
